Jordan shaken up

Posted by Mike Reiss, Globe Staff October 5, 2008 05:14 PM

RB LaMont Jordan remained on the field, with members of the Patriots' medical staff coming on, with 9:38 left in the second quarter. Jordan, who limped off the field, rushed on the play. It appears to be a right leg injury.

  1. Mike - the TV showed Ivan Fears getting after Maroney on the sideline after his last carry of the 1st quarter. From then up until Jordan's injury, I believe he was benched and they used Jordan/Morris in regular down & distance situations = is that what you were seeing as well?

  1. Burkie. My stats show that Maroney was on the sidelines for 20 straight snaps in the first half.
