Niners participation report

The 49ers released their injury report this afternoon:

Out
OT Jonas Jennings (shoulder)
CB Shawntae Spencer (knee)

Doubtful
OLB Manny Lawson (hamstring)

San Francisco coach Mike Nolan said earlier in the week that Lawson would not play against the Patriots.
