O'Neal INT

Posted by Chris Forsberg, Boston.com Staff October 26, 2008 03:59 PM

Patriots cornerback Deltha O'Neal intercepted a Marc Bulger offering with 1:08 remaining in the game.

Facing 3rd and 15 from the New England 38, Bulger threw downfield towards Keenan Burton, but O'Neal made the pick and returned it 47 yards to the St. Louis 37.

  1. I was yelling at O'Neal to get down during this play but it turns out he made the right decision, giving the offense good field position and taking an additional 10 seconds off the clock.
