Participation report

The Patriots released their Wednesday participation report, and WR Randy Moss was a notable addition (limited participation, foot injury).

The report:

Did Not Participate in Practice
OLB Shawn Crable (shin)
CB Ellis Hobbs (shoulder)
RB Sammy Morris (knee)
CB Lewis Sanders (hamstring)

Limited Participation in Practice
LB Eric Alexander (hamstring)
DE Jarvis Green (ankle)
RB LaMont Jordan (calf)
OT Nick Kaczur (ankle)
WR Randy Moss (foot)
WR Matthew Slater (ankle)

  1. very happy to see jordan back, we need to mash the Colts.
    Remember seeing Moss get hurt, he went down near the sideline (in the end zone I think)...looks like someone fell on his achilles. Hopefully he's okay

  1. Any idea what's happened to Crable? He looked so good in the pre-season and I don't think he's played in a single game all year.

  1. Mike Reiss answers the question every couple of days. According to Mike, Crable isn't active on game days because AD, Vrabel and Woods are ahead of him on the depth chart and special teams players like Ventrone, Aiken, and Washington add more value with the multiple positions they can fill.

    Crable will get his chance to shine and I agree he looked great in the preseason. I hope he is a monster for the Pats for years to come. He looks a playmaker.
