Pats increase lead, 27-14

Stephen Gostkowski connected on a 40-yard field goal seven seconds into the fourth quarter, giving the Patriots a 27-14 lead.

The drive was 8 plays and covered 37 yards. It lasted 3:21.

A defensive three-and-out set the Patriots up with good field position.

  1. I think Matt Cassel is doing a hell of a lot better than last week.(And don't try to tell me that it was the offensive line or the defenses fault. Trust me I was there and Cassel was throwing like 10 yards away from the reciever.) What fans have to understand is that if he has a bad game next week he might just have a shot at actually FINISHING the season. But he must keep it up or else Kevin O'Connel is going to finish it for him. But like I said before this was a great game.
