Bills to be without four starters vs. Patriots

Posted by Mike Reiss, Globe Staff November 7, 2008 01:21 PM

The Bills will be without four starters for Sunday's game against the Patriots, coach Dick Jauron told Buffalo-area reporters after today's practice.

The four starters are:

  • RG Brad Butler
  • DE Aaron Schobel
  • S Donte Whitner
  • WR Josh Reed

Also, Jauron told Buffalo-area reporters that CB Ashton Youboty (foot), who is often called upon to cover slot receivers, is also out.

    1. There are only three players that BB would announce to the media as being out for a game, their names are Brady, Maroney & Harrison.

    1. Aaron Schobel is a factor but the others are not that big of a deal. The Patriots are missing many more impact players than the bills are. That said , the Patriots will still win the game.

    1. Whitner is one of the Bills' best defensive players. That's a huge blow for them.
