Gumbel-Dierdorf again
Greg Gumbel (play-by-play) and Dan Dierdorf (analysis) will call Sunday's game between the Patriots and Steelers at Gillette Stadium. The tandem also worked this past Sunday's game Patriots' game in Miami.
A look at the 1-2 broadcast tandems calling Patriots games this season:

Patriots-Jets: Jim Nantz-Phil Simms (CBS)
Patriots-Dolphins: Ian Eagle-Solomon Wilcots (CBS)
Patriots-49ers: Dick Enberg-Randy Cross (CBS)
Patriots-Chargers: Al Michaels-John Madden (NBC)
Patriots-Broncos: Mike Tirico-Tony Kornheiser-Ron Jaworski (ESPN)
Patriots-Rams: Chris Rose-J.C. Pearson (Fox)
Patriots-Colts: Al Michaels-John Madden (NBC)
Patriots-Bills: Dick Enberg-Randy Cross (CBS)
Patriots-Jets: Bob Papa-Cris Collinsworth (NFL Network)
Patriots-Dolphins: Greg Gumbel-Dan Dierdorf (CBS)
Patriots-Steelers: Greg Gumbel-Dan Dierdorf (CBS)

I'm a dick enberg fan personally. I like his voice.
Greg Gumbel-Dan Dierdorf are my favorite tandem. Cool! I'll never forget Greg Gumbel calling the snow bowl.
Dan Dierdorf is terrible, I'm so tired of him although I do like Gumbel. It doesn't even sound like Dierdorf does his homework. I loved his line last week when he said the offensive line of the Pats has been a strength of the team ALL YEAR! Really Dan???
Hey Rich...I was going to start a drinking game and do a shot every time Dierdorf remarked about how "tough" a certain player was...I think I would have missed the second half of the Miami game if I had started my game in the first quarter.
well, theyre better than Nant- Simms anyway. I mean, Nantz is ok, but i just cant stand listening to simms and his dumb "spotlights".
Dick Enberg was great in the late 70's and through the 80s. He's been in the Curt Gowdy late career sub adequate announcer mode for quite some time.
Gumbel should still be the CBS #1 guy. Too bad the self absorbed golf guy pulled a fast one on him.
