The Patriots and Jets released their participation reports:

PATRIOTS

Did Not Participate in Practice
RB LaMont Jordan (calf)
CB Lewis Sanders (hamstring)
LB Adalius Thomas (forearm)
CB Terrence Wheatley (wrist)

Limited Participation in Practice
LB Eric Alexander (hamstring)
RB Sammy Morris (knee)
G Stephen Neal (knee)
DE Ty Warren (groin)

Neal did not play in the final four series against the Bills on Sunday. The Patriots' practice was a walkthrough.

JETS

Did Not Participate in Practice
TE Bubba Franks (hip)
LB David Harris (groin)
S Eric Smith (head)

Limited Participation in Practice
WR Laveranues Coles (thigh)
WR Jerricho Cotchery (shoulder)
K Mike Nugent (thigh)
WR Brad Smith (shoulder)

  1. Interesing that Adalius Thomas is on the list.
    I assume that means he has not been placed on the IR. I wonder if they are hoping he is back by the end of the season or just with the short week they feel they do not have time to fill after the game thursday.

  1. My guess is that they will put Thomas on IR next week and sign Colvin.

    Bad news about Neal. Not sure what they are doing with the running backs. Last week it was reversed (Morris did not practic and Jordan did).

  1. I fee like Brady may have come back just to settle the media circus and all of the fan frenzy of questions that have circulated (admittedly, myself included)

    As for Thomas, I wouldn't be surprised if they're waiting and hoping he could come back by the playoffs - he'd be a HUGE addition if he could
