Meriweather creates fumble

Safety Brandon Meriweather caused a fumble on a blitz, stripping the ball from quarterback Seneca Wallace. Defensive lineman Richard Seymour recovered.

The turnover will seal the win for the Patriots, 24-21.

  1. weeee... meriweather is now coming to his own being a great playmaker for the pats..hope they keep the fire moving to the oakland game..we are now tied for the AFC east lead..the "Mighty" Jets lost to the San Francisco..

  1. Let's calm down about Meriweather. That sack he was untouched, it was more by scheme. He's a safety, yet he gets blown up by running backs and blockers constantly. Maybe he should be a cornerback.

  1. I'm with you classless, did you see the Fullback for Seattle run out of bounds instead of lowering his shoulder and running over Merriweather? I couldn't believe it, I would have benched that guy if I was the coach of Seattle.
