BIll Belichick and Bill Parcells together at the Senior Bowl. (Zach Green Photos)

Zach Green, a 22-year-old recent graduate from Pensacola Junior College, was watching Tuesday's Senior Bowl practice in Mobile, Alabama when he spotted what he thought would be a nice photo opportunity.

"Just thought it was cool to see two future Hall of Famers just hanging out and just enjoying each other's company," Green wrote in an email. "Mainly, just thought it was cool to see two of the greatest coaches of all-time together at the same time just conversing and scouting."

So Green, who studied photography in college, snapped a few shots of Bill Belichick and Bill Parcells, and gave the go-ahead to share them here.

For those wondering how the two get along, the photos speak volumes.

  1. Haha...looks like bygones are now bygones....All we need is Mangini to join and we'll have 3 generations of family- Grandpa, Daddy, and Lil Eric.

  1. great to see things like that. maybe more people .. especially media outside of NE will be easier on Belichick. although, i am still waiting for someone to call him bellychick.

  1. Nice pics. I sure hope Belichick was feeding him false information about who he might be interested in.

  1. Nice to see BB getting dressed up for the occasion, too. ;)

  1. I knew it's been cold lately, hell must have finally frozen over!

But, honestly, it's nice to see these two being civil to each other. I wonder if they shook hands?

  1. Hi Dan. Yes, they do get along. Seems as if there has been a considerable thaw in the last few years.

  1. You can't get all of your Sports gossip from ESPN and angry message board guy #54. The family and sports connections these two have goes deep and this picture is not that surprising. Although it is still pretty cool. Although why wasn't Belichick representing his Patriot pride? (sarcasm)

  1. They intentionally got seats together that by itself is something to read in the photo. Unless Dan thinks it was a setup. "Don't tell Parcells and Belichick they're sitting together."

  1. OK, so Belichick didn't give Parcells his 'Dungy' glare. Does that mean they get along? Fortunately, through fancy technology, I was able to discern the beginning of their conversation:

Parcells: So Bill, buy any new video cameras lately?
Belichick: You getting ready to abandon another team again?

    Yes, best friends forever.

  1. Thats a great picture. Between the two, more football was forgotten in the short period they sat together than most of us will ever know. Can you imagine if the day ever came when Bill P simply ran every day football business operations (aka Pioli) and Bill B was allowed complete control over everything else. Kind of a mutually agreed thing? (goosebumps)

  1. Belichick is just like myself. We both wait too long before getting a haircut.

  1. BB was going incognito. That's a Patriots' sweatshirt turned inside out. ;-)

  1. the tuna should pay for Belichicks breakfast lunch and dinner considering he wouldn't have two SB rings without Little Bill.

As much as the tuna is a great series of sound bites and a HOF coach by most experts opinions, Belichick is head and shoulders a better football coach. 5 SB rings should be proof enough of that.

  1. What I would give to have been able to sit behind those two and listen to them talk football....

  1. I don't know Robert, yeah it would be cool to see both on the same team ( currently not circa 1990 ) but seriously, I don't think Bill P. would know how to do that. Afterall, he generally doesn't stay with a team more than 3 years therefore wouldn't know how to build a LONG-term team taking into account the cap and long term contracts versus Bill B. That's the one area that Bill P hasn't proven himself yet is longterm as just about any coach can go out there with a screw the cap mentalitly and sign every big time player out there because I'm gonna be gone in 2-3 years anyways and let the next coach clean up the mess.

  1. Last spring Bill and Bill were at a Red Sox spring training game together. Their differences are long over and being football lifers who spent a lot of time together they have a lot in common.

  1. As a Giants fan, it's nice to see those two guys getting along. They helped mold two Super Bowl champion teams ('87 and '91), so they will always hold a special place in my heart.

Wish one of the two of them had been involved in THIS year's team, which, at 11-1, looked like the best team in football...then walked off a cliff after the Burress incident. The Two Bills (or even ONE of those Bills) wouldn't have allowed that to be the distraction it became.

  1. Matt, are you saying Coughlin sucks now? Nice dig at the best coach in the NFC, Typical NY fan...

  1. Hey Mike,

Tom Coughlin was on his way to being fired last year. It took a miracle playoff run and one of the greatest miracle catches of all-time to save his hide. He will be fired next year. I will put money on it.

  1. Cool pic! Two of the best - all time!

  1. By and by, I felt it was only time that they would be close again. In NY it was more the uncertain future of the Jets ownership compared to what he experienced in the likes in his time at Clevland that made BB run for the hills. I think the Tuna was smart enough to realize it at the time (though he was pissed he didn't catch wind of such earlier.) and over time such can be mended, especially with the total history they had together (2 SB with the Giants!! Hard to forget that!)

  1. Green wrote in an email. "Mainly, just thought it was cool to see two of the greatest coaches of all-time together at the same time just conversing and scouting."

The two best coaches of all time! Be serious. What about Landry, Lombardi, Gibbs, Noll etc.

  1. Didn't say Coughlin sucks, pal. All I'm saying is, I don't think the team would have fallen off the cliff had either Parcells or Belichick been in charge. Coughlin did a great job last year, but that team caught lightning in a bottle. This year's team was superior, but they let a spoiled punk like Burress distract them to the point of losing their focus.

Some of that has to do with coaching, wouldn't you say?

  1. Parcells never won a SB without BB...
