DL Kenny Smith signs
The Patriots signed veteran defensive lineman Kenny Smith today.
The return of Smith, who was with the team in 2007 and 2008 training camp, adds depth to the line. The Patriots had seven linemen under contract prior to signing Smith. They went to training camp last year with 11.
Smith is a long shot to earn a roster spot.

Julius Peppers didn't sign!
Smith's career was progressing ok before his 2004 injury. He's never really recovered from that injury. I guess Bill must see something in him to keep giving him a shot.
I think Kenny Smith could be replacing Seymour this season.
Hey just a heads up, I wanted to let everyone know that Xio Dibin speaks English. I hope I posted in the right location?
Wow, I never thought he would give up working on TNT with Barkley. Why would BB make such a ridiculous move. He is old, and small. Makes no sense. I think he won the NBA Slam dunk contest once, maybe he can block FG's.
