Different: Names are gone from Pats D

Mike Vrabel (front), Tedy Bruschi (rear), Richard Seymour, Asante Samuel, and Rodney Harrison no longer play for the Patriots. But Patriots fans pining for those big names need to remember that the '07/'08 Patriots weren't a defensive team, either. The team's defense was aging, and what the Patriots have now is a young -- albeit mediocre, thus far -- defense that has a chance to get better. What everyone liked about those big names is that they proved they had heart. These current players have a chance to do the same.
