Last week: South Korea's Young Kim won the Corning Classic for her first LPGA Tour title, making birdie on two of the final five holes for a three-stroke victory over Paula Creamer and Mi Hyun Kim.
Of note: Annika Sorenstam and Michelle Wie are returning from injuries. Sorenstam, the tournament host, was sidelined by a ruptured disk in her neck and a bulging disk in her back. She hasn't played since tying for 30th two months ago in the Kraft Nabisco. Wie, who is making her first LPGA Tour start of the year, hasn't played a competitive round since missing the cut by 14 shots in the PGA Tour's Sony Open in January.
