Webb Simpson to defend title at Deutsche Bank Championship

US Open champion Webb Simpson, who won the Deutsche Bank Championship in September, will return to defend his title, tournament organizers have confirmed.

Simpson defeated Chez Reavie in a playoff at the TPC Boston in Norton. He won the US Open on Sunday at the Olympic Club in San Francisco by one stroke.

The Deutsche Bank Championship will be held Aug. 29-Sept. 3. Tickets are on sale at the tournament web site or by calling 877-849-4322.
