One vote down, one to go. Yesterday in Toronto, the National Hockey League Players Association voted by a nearly 90 percent margin to ratify the new collective bargaining agreement. This afternoon in New York, it will be the NHL owners' turn. With the latter a virtual slam dunk, the league will officially get back to business tomorrow. (Full article: 1055 words)
