Boychuk passes scratch test
Defenseman now a key contributor
For the first 28 games of the 2009-10 season, save for three when Dennis Wideman was sidelined because of a shoulder injury, Johnny Boychuk had the market cornered on the No. 7 defense slot. For two games, Boychuk was even assigned to Providence for conditioning purposes to shake off the rust that had been accumulating on his skates. (Full article: 860 words)
