Some notables from the French half of Patrice Bergeron's press conference this afternoon:

* "I came very close to breaking my neck. It's scary. I feel very lucky. I could have been in a wheelchair, my career could have been over."

* "I need to meet with the neurologist tomorrow for additional tests on my head and neck. We're currently taking all the necessary precautions."

* "I don't plan on taking any legal action at all. It has nothing to do with Randy Jones. I have no war of words with him. It's about changing things so that no one else has to go through this."

* "The first three or four days, I was in bed a lot. Moving hurt my back and neck. It took me a good week to start walking. I could only walk 25-30 feet before getting dizzy. Now I can walk 200 feet."
