The Everett Silvertips, Zach Hamill's junior club, were swept out of the WHL playoffs last night. Hamill, Boston's most recent No. 1 pick, is now eligible to join Providence if he chooses.

The Bruins have previously expressed hope that Hamill will latch on with their AHL club at the conclusion of his junior season.
