another try

Posted by Barbara Matson, Globe Staff April 21, 2008 07:42 PM

On the Bruins' second power play of the first period, Dennis Wideman teed up a shot from the left point, but it was blocked. A moment later, Canadien Roman Hamrlik sent Glen Murray crashing into the endboards headfirst. There was no call, and Murray appeared to be OK.
Another Chara point shot was deflected and the puck cleared from the zone.
One more foray into the Montreal zone, and Andrew Ference got off a hard shot from the left point, with David Krejci crashing the net, looking for a tip. But Price held off both the shot and Krejci.
The Bruins are outshooting the Canadiens, 11-8, but Price has stopped them cold.

  1. That was definitely a penalty!!! But other than that the game is being called fairly! We just can't beat the young Price tonite?? Anything is possible, hope for a good 3rd.
