Returning to Waterbury, Vt.
The Bruins will return to the Ice Center in Waterbury, Vt., next month for part of training camp. Practice dates and times won't be finalized until sometime in September, but the Bruins are tentatively scheduled to be in the Waterbury area from Sept. 28 through Oct. 1, with part of the time slated for team-building activities.
The Bruins skated at the Ice Center last year in front of a packed house.
ANALYSIS: Last year, the Bruins scrubbed the second of two scheduled Ice Center practices on short notice, disappointing fans who weren't aware of the cancellation. A repeat blunder should be avoided.
