Bergeron's back

Posted by Fluto Shinzawa, Globe Staff September 22, 2008 04:43 PM

Minutes before a team meeting, Patrice Bergeron chatted about his feelings on tonight's game, his first action since Oct. 27, 2007.

"I'm very happy to be here right now, getting ready for this game," said Bergeron with a smile. "I'm very excited."

Bergeron will be centering Marco Sturm and Phil Kessel on Boston's No. 1 line tonight. When asked what his game plan was, Bergeron had two words: "Have fun."
