Minnesota lineup
ST. PAUL -- Good morning from the glittering Xcel Energy Center, where the Wild are kicking off their 2008-09.
Blake Wheeler and Phil Kessel walked to the rink together this morning. But Wheeler quickly fell behind, as he was continually stopped for autographs and pictures. Kessel had a good laugh about the rookie's slow progress.
Tonight's expected Wild lineup:
Stephane Veilleux | James Sheppard | Marian Gaborik |
Owen Nolan | Eric Belanger | Pierre-Marc Bouchard |
Andrew Brunette | Mikko Koivu | Antti Miettinen |
Colton Gillies | Benoit Pouliot | Craig Weller |
Martin Skoula | Brent Burns |
Kim Johnsson | Nick Schultz |
Erik Reitz | Marc-Andre Bergeron |
Niklas Backstrom |
Josh Harding |

Minnesoooooooota.Kessel 6-0 Wheeler 6-3 and they can both move.Sounds like the soil out there is pretty good for growing strong legs.
This lineup doesn't scare me at all. Losing Ralston was a huge loss for them. But I'm sure they will play the Lemaire trap so it will be close. Also, the Bruins' defense is so slow Gaborik could abuse them all by himself. I don't like this guy matched up with Chara at all.
