The puck dropped here on schedule at 10:30 a.m. and the Bruins lines were:

Axelsson -- Savard -- Kessel

Lucic -- Yelle -- Kobasew

Wheeler -- Krejci -- Ryder

Thornton -- St. Pierre -- Sobokta (Nokelainen also wearing a red sweater)

Seven defensemen suited up, including the injured Andrew Ference, recovering from mid-November leg surgery. The other defensemen: Stuart, Chara, Hunwick, Wideman, Hnidy and Lashoff.

No sign on the ice of: Bergeron (concussion), Ward (charley horse) or Sturm (knee).

Coach Claude Julien, whose squad had its 10-game winning streak snapped on Saturday, was significantly louder when barking out his orders during the workout. The message was clear: pay attention.

The last two weeks, Julien has said a number of times that his club's attention to detail has slipped slightly. This looked like his way of voicing a wakeup call.
