Reul set to join Providence
Denis Reul, the Bruins' fifth-round selection in the 2007 draft, is expected to join Providence this weekend. The defenseman's junior career ended this week when Lewiston was swept out of the QMJHL playoffs by Drummondville.
Reul went scoreless in four playoff games. The 6-foot-4, 226-pound defenseman put up a 4-14--18 line with 91 penalty minutes in 60 regular-season games.
Providence hosts Manchester tomorrow at the Dunkin' Donuts Center. The P-Bruins play at Hartford on Saturday and at home against Worcester on Sunday.
