Preparing for Carolina

WILMINGTON -- Good morning from Ristuccia Arena, where the Bruins can finally practice today with an opponent in mind: the hard-charging Hurricanes, who stunned the Devils last night with a two-goal rally in the third period.

The Bruins went 4-0-0 against Carolina this season, outscoring the Hurricanes by an 18-6 margin. However, Carolina is a different team from the club that last faced the Bruins on Feb. 17. This should be a dogfight of a series.

The next few days, we'll have recaps of each Boston-Carolina match from this season, a scouting report on the Hurricanes, and some other fun stuff leading up to Friday's Game 1.
