According to coach Claude Julien, Marc Savard is good to go tomorrow night vs. the Canes.

''Same as last night,'' said Julien. ''I don't anticipate any reason he couldn't play.''

Savard was felled by a Chad Larose leg-to-leg check only 68 seconds into the third period at the RBC Center. He later skated one shift, for a total of some 50 feet, and did not see any more action. He retired to the dressing room around the 7:00 minute mark.

Julien on the hit: ''I know it's Chad Larose, and everyone would like to think it was dirty, but it wasn't. It was a collision, and there is nothing more to say than it was two guys collding.''

The dressing room is about to open, and we'll report back soon.
