  1. Kind of ironic that the first two surgeries mentioned are our top RFA's. Can only help in negotiations I would think.

  1. Why wait till next month? Don't they want him ready for camp?

  1. This is going to make signing these two even more interesting. Fluto, does this give the Bruins a little leverage in the salary negotiations because other teams might not take a chance with a player returning from surgery? It sounds like Krejci is worse off because of the recovery time.

  1. Ouch. Not good for someone so young. Best Wishes David.

  1. Sounds like more than a routine clean-up...are they expecting a full recovery or it is possible this could be a lingering issue?

  1. well this is crappy news for Krejci and Kessel.

I wonder how this will this affect their contract negotians, or teams willingness to place an offer sheet on them? Might help the B's bargaining positions...

  1. So Savard, Kessel, Ference and Krejci all had soft tissue injuries? Sounds like they need a new strength and conditioning program. This one is not working.

  1. J,

Kessel's injury was in the Ducks game just before the deadline, when he was smeared into the boards. Based on what's been said, Krejci may have actually hurt his hip while working out. Freak injuries do happen. Ference was injured on a hit by our 'good buddy' Walker, and well essentially you need to pay more attention.
