Marco Sturm is skating without limitations and is counting on being 100 percent for the 2009-10 season. Sturm appeared in only 19 games last season after tearing the ACL and meniscus in his left knee.

"Really excited," Sturm said of getting back in uniform. "Just glad I'm back."
