The Bruins have signed 29-year-old defenseman Andy Wozniewski to a one-year contract for additional depth.

The 6-foot-5, 225-pound Wozniewski played for Peoria (1-16--17 in 56 games) and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (2-2--4 in 18 games) last season, making 84 AHL appearances. Wozniewski played one game for St. Louis last year.

Wozniewski, who was undrafted, has played in 77 career NHL games (St. Louis and Toronto), scoring two goals and 10 assists.
