Mark Stuart is preparing as if he will be back in the lineup today. Stuart said he will not be wearing any additional protection around his sternum. Stuart hasn't dressed since Dec. 14, when he suffered the broken sternum against Philadelphia.

David Krejci, who suffered a lower-body injury against Anaheim, said he doesn't know whether he will play today. Krejci said the injury is not related to his hip. Krejci said he didn't think about the injury during the 4-3 loss to Anaheim and felt like he could finish the game, but could not play through it against San Jose.
