Stuart surgery successful

Bruins defenseman Mark Stuart had surgery to repair a broken pinky finger on his right hand, and the team reported that the surgery went fine and Stuart will miss four weeks to recover.

Stuart was injured Saturday during the Bruins' game vs. the Kings.

The surgery was performed at Massachusetts General Hospital by Dr. Matthew Leibman.
