ETOBICOKE, Ontario -- Dany Sabourin has been assigned to Providence, clearing the way for Tuukka Rask to return to uniform tomorrow against the Leafs. Rask was one of four Bruins (Johnny Boychuk, Vladimir Sobotka, Brad Marchand were the others) to skate this afternoon at the MasterCard Centre for Hockey Excellence, the Leafs' practice facility in Etobicoke.
"Taking those few days off and letting it settle down really made a big difference," Rask said. "I feel 100 percent right now."
Rask had been shelved because of swelling in his right knee. Rask originally injured the knee three years ago in Finland while wrestling with some friends. Rask required surgery to repair a meniscus injury then.
Rask said he aggravated the knee while walking last week.
"I was just walking and heard a little snap," Rask said. "That's what happened. Nothing happened on the ice."
