WILMINGTON -- Good morning from Ristuccia Arena, where the Bruins are kicking off practice with their second-round opponent in place: their Winter Classic rivals.

To start the session, Vladimir Sobotka, Marc Savard's left wing yesterday, has been replaced by Daniel Paille. Sobotka goes to the fourth line with Steve Begin and Blake Wheeler. Savard is centering Paille and Michael Ryder. By moving Sobotka off the third line, the Bruins can keep the feisty forward at center, where he's more comfortable than wing. Begin moves to the left side.

No changes to PP1: Zdeno Chara, Matt Hunwick, David Krejci, Patrice Bergeron, Mark Recchi.

PP2: Dennis Wideman, Johnny Boychuk, Savard, Ryder, Miroslav Satan. Milan Lucic and Marco Sturm are also cycling in.

* Patrice Bergeron is not present. (Bergeron, a late arrival, is now on the ice.)

* The Bruins have signed Matt Bartkowski to a three-year entry-level contract. The Bruins acquired the former Ohio State defenseman from Florida in the Dennis Seidenberg deal.
