Savard unlikely to land in Toronto
According to a source with direct knowledge of conversations between the Bruins and Maple Leafs, all talk of Marc Savard being traded to Toronto is dead.
Savard had waived his full no-trade clause for potential deals to Toronto and Ottawa. The Bruins, who had targeted Tomas Kaberle at the 2009 draft before miscommunication busted up the deal, had inquired about the puck-moving defenseman once again.
