Neely takes home Lester Patrick Trophy

Cam Neely has been named one of the four recipients of the 2010 Lester Patrick Trophy for outstanding service to hockey in the United States. Neely, the Bruins Hall of Famer and current president, joins Boston University coach Jack Parker, Boston College coach Jerry York, and AHL president Dave Andrews as award recipients.

Neely concluded his career with 395 goals, 299 assists, and 1,241 penalty minutes in 726 games. Neely entered the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2005. Neely rejoined the organization as vice president on Sept. 25, 2007. He was promoted to president on June 16.
