ATLANTA -- Good morning from Philips Arena, where the Bruins will take on the Thrashers tonight. Marc Savard, Adam McQuaid, and Tim Thomas are the only players participating in a limited morning skate because of the 5 p.m. start.

Neither David Krejci nor Jordan Caron will play tonight. Both are out with flu-like symptoms and did not travel to Atlanta. Jamie Arniel will make his NHL debut. So we can only guess at a possible lineup for now.

Puck drop: 5 p.m.

Record: Bruins 12-7-2, Thrashers 11-9-3

TV/radio info: NESN (Jack Edwards, Andy Brickley), 98.5 The Sports Hub (Dave Goucher, Bob Beers)

Projected lineup:

Milan Lucic-Patrice Bergeron-Nathan Horton
Brad Marchand-Blake Wheeler-Michael Ryder
Daniel Paille-Gregory Campbell-Mark Recchi
Shawn Thornton-Tyler Seguin-Jamie Arniel

Zdeno Chara-Andrew Ference
Mark Stuart-Dennis Seidenberg
Matt Hunwick-Johnny Boychuk

Tuukka Rask
Tim Thomas

Healthy scratches: none

Storylines: This will be our first look at old friend Craig Ramsay behind the Atlanta bench. Yet to come across anybody in the game with a bad word about Rammer... Andrew Ladd, a former top-five pick, is thriving as Atlanta captain. Ladd has an 8-16--24 line in 23 games... Chris Ciamaga and Eric Furlatt will be the referees. Tony Sericolo and Steve Miller will be the linesmen. Good to see Miller back on the ice after he was conked on the head at TD Garden earlier this month.
