The Bruins have confirmed that tonight's game vs. the Panthers will be played as scheduled despite the snowstorm.

Here's the official release from the team:

BOSTON, MA - Please be advised that tonight’s Bruins/Panthers game will still take place as scheduled at 7:00 p.m. ET at the TD Garden (TV: NESN, RADIO: 98.5 The Sports Hub). The Bruins encourage all fans to use caution and allow for extra time when traveling to and leaving the Garden due to the expected snow.

Tonight’s game is the final contest for the B’s before the NHL All-Star Break. Zdeno Chara, Tim Thomas and Tyler Seguin will represent the Black & Gold at All-Star weekend, while the rest of the squad will resume game action on Tuesday, February 1 in Raleigh, NC when they take on the Carolina Hurricanes at 7:00 p.m.

The 2010-2011 Boston Bruins season is presented by the Massachusetts State Lottery. Fans interested in learning more about Boston Bruins players, or ticket options, should visit the team website at www.bostonbruins.com or call 617.624.BEAR (2327)
