Marc Savard will hold a press conference at TD Garden at 2 p.m. today. Savard will be joined by GM Peter Chiarelli and team physician Dr. Peter Asnis. Savard will declare his season over and address his current condition.

Savard suffered a moderate concussion on Jan. 22. Savard has not played since. Savard missed the start of the regular season because of post-concussion syndrome symptoms related to the hit he absorbed from Matt Cooke on March 7.
