NASHVILLE -- Good afternoon from Bridgestone Arena, where the Bruins have kicked off their practice following last night's 3-2 shootout win over Columbus.

As noted earlier by Kevin Dupont, Brad Marchand will have a disciplinary hearing tomorrow at noon regarding his incident with R.J. Umberger last night. On the play, Marchand appeared to clip Umberger's head with his right elbow. Umberger was not facing Marchand and was dropped by the elbow. There was no penalty called.

Marchand has never been disciplined by the NHL. But given the play, his reputation as an agitator, and the current climate regarding blindside head shots, Marchand is facing a suspension. The Bruins are carrying an extra forward.

Today's lineup:

Milan Lucic-David Krejci-Nathan Horton
Brad Marchand-Patrice Bergeron-Mark Recchi
Tyler Seguin-Chris Kelly-Rich Peverley/Michael Ryder
Daniel Paille-Gregory Campbell-Shawn Thornton

Zdeno Chara-Johnny Boychuk
Tomas Kaberle-Adam McQuaid
Dennis Seidenberg-Steven Kampfer
Andrew Ference-Shane Hnidy

Tim Thomas
Tuukka Rask
