Good morning from TD Garden, where the Bruins will be gunning for their eighth straight win tonight against Pittsburgh. Patrice Bergeron (personal reason) and Steven Kampfer (concussion) will not play tonight.

As expected, considering the opponent, Matt Bartkowski will be in uniform tonight. This will be Bartkowski's third NHL game. All have been against his hometown team.

The Bruins have an optional morning skate, so we won't know until warmups how the lineup will look. For now, we'll assume that Tuukka Rask gets the nod tonight.

Puck drop: 7 p.m.

Record: Penguins 37-21-8, Bruins 38-19-7

TV/radio info: NESN (Jack Edwards, Andy Brickley, Naoko Funayama), 98.5 The Sports Hub (Dave Goucher, Bob Beers)

Projected lineup:

Milan Lucic-David Krejci-Nathan Horton
Brad Marchand-Rich Peverley-Mark Recchi
Tyler Seguin-Chris Kelly-Michael Ryder
Daniel Paille-Gregory Campbell-Shawn Thornton

Zdeno Chara-Johnny Boychuk
Tomas Kaberle-Dennis Seidenberg
Matt Bartkowski-Adam McQuaid

Tuukka Rask
Tim Thomas

Healthy scratches: none

Storylines: The Penguins are coming off a 2-1 overtime loss to New Jersey last night. Brent Johnson got the start, so expect Marc-Andre Fleury in the net tonight... Pittsburgh is without Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin, but could welcome back Chris Kunitz tonight... This will be the Bruins' first look at ex-Senator Alex Kovalev in a Pittsburgh jersey this season... Pittsburgh has the league's best penalty kill (86.6 percent)... Paul Devorski and Kelly Sutherland will be the referees. Derek Amell and Jean Morin will be the linesmen.
