WILMINGTON -- Good morning from Ristuccia Arena, where the Bruins are getting ready to start practice. Matt Bartkowski is present as the No. 8 defenseman.

"I think everybody knows what's at stake here," said Claude Julien. "I think we've got a pretty good hockey team that we feel can certainly compete for the Stanley Cup. That hasn't changed either. We've felt we've had that for a few years now. Things happen along the way. As I've said, there are 29 teams at the end of the year that are disappointed. We don't want to be one of those teams this year. We want to be the team that's celebrating at the end. That's going to be our approach."

Today's lineup:

Milan Lucic-David Krejci-Nathan Horton
Brad Marchand-Patrice Bergeron-Mark Recchi
Chris Kelly-Rich Peverley-Michael Ryder/Tyler Seguin
Daniel Paille-Gregory Campbell-Shawn Thornton

Zdeno Chara-Johnny Boychuk
Tomas Kaberle-Dennis Seidenberg
Andrew Ference-Adam McQuaid
Matt Bartkowski-Shane Hnidy

Tim Thomas
Tuukka Rask
Anton Khudobin

* Bartkowski, Anton Khudobin, and Steven Kampfer are three of the 10 Black Aces. Michael Hutchinson, Jamie Arniel, Jordan Caron, Zach Hamill, Lane MacDermid, Trent Whitfield, and Yury Alexandrov will remain in Providence.
