The Bruins may not have been quite ready for prime time when the puck dropped for Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Final against the hard-charging Tampa Bay Lightning, but it was hardly the fans fault.

The TD Garden crowd was loud and proud before the Black and Gold took the ice tonight.

In the video above, Bruins legend Ray Bourque is introduced as the honorary captain during an electric pregame atmosphere with Audioslave's Cochise blaring off the bricks and the giant spoked-B banner making its way around the lower bowl.

We close the video out with Tim Thomas and the Bruins being introduced before the action got underway.
