TAMPA, Fla. -- Good afternoon for St. Pete Times Forum, where the Bruins have concluded a breezy practice. Tim Thomas, Zdeno Chara, Dennis Seidenberg, Mark Recchi, and David Krejci were given the day off.

Krejci was belted by Marc-Andre Bergeron late in last night's first period. Krejci said he was sore but felt relatively OK after the game. Claude Julien said Krejci will play tomorrow in Game 4. Julien acknowledged that Bergeron connected with a clean hit. Bergeron was whistled for elbowing.

* Shawn Thornton, Shane Hnidy, and Steven Kampfer stayed on for extra work with assistant coach Doug Houda, indicating they will be tomorrow's healthy scratches.

* Patrice Bergeron said he felt fine today, a day after playing for the first time in nearly two weeks.

* Assistant coaches are usually off limits to the media. But given the impending move of the Thrashers to Winnipeg, ex-Jet Bob Essensa held court in the dressing room. The goalie coach's colleagues let loose with the expected volley of jabs for Essensa's face time on cameras.
