Tim Thomas led the Bruins onto the ice, which could indicate he will get the start, his second in two games this season.
Benoit Pouliot, the ex-Hab, also is on the ice. Pouliot did not skate in Thursday's pre-game warmup, so it's possible the he will get the call tonight against the club the Bruins erased, 4-3, in the Cup semis this past spring.
The Bruins also have seven defensemen in uniform for the warmup. One will have to sit, be it Adam McQuaid or Matt Bartkowski.
The Bruins are likely off on Sunday and won't play again until their visit Wednesday night in Raleigh, N.C. Ex-Hub blueliner Tomas Kaberle made his Canes debut Friday night in a loss to TB. Kaberle managed two shots on net.
