Storylines: Adam McQuaid is looking to make his return from a neck injury. McQuaid is participating in the morning skate. It’s possible he could be a game-time decision… This will be Benoit Pouliot's first regular-season game against his old club. Pouliot played against the Canadiens during the preseason... Tonight will mark Montreal’s second game without assistant coach Perry Pearn, who was fired yesterday… Jean Hebert and Stephen Walkom will be the referees. Matt MacPherson and Scott Driscoll will be the linesmen.
