Everything went great for Bruins fans from late afternoon into the early evening yesterday.

The Stanley Cup was paraded down Canal and Causeway street which was followed by a well-orchestrated banner raising ceremony on the Garden ice before the opening faceoff of the 2011-12 hockey season in Boston.
