Storylines: Philadelphia has won seven straight games. This afternoon will be the team’s final home game until the Winter Classic on Jan. 2… Today will mark the second time the Bruins will make an appearance on HBO’s 24/7. Last year, the Bruins beat Washington at TD Garden. After the game, HBO cameras caught Washington GM George McPhee with a defeated look as he rode the elevator down from the press box… Today is Gregory Campbell’s 28th birthday. Campbell remains day-to-day because of a fractured foot… Stephane Auger and Dan O’Halloran will be the referees. Brad Kovachik and Tony Sericolo will be the linesmen.
