Brian Rolston and Mike Mottau will play tonight against Ottawa after participating in the morning skate. Greg Zanon arrived in Boston earlier this morning, but he will not play tonight. Zanon will practice tomorrow with his new teammates, then most likely be available on Thursday against New Jersey.

“Really happy,” Claude Julien said of getting reinforcements. “We’ve talked about having some depth. The depth we got are experienced players. Depth doesn’t mean they don’t belong in our lineup. It just means we’ve got a lot more options now.”

* Joe Corvo apologized for his words yesterday regarding Kyle Turris. Yesterday, Corvo said he’d be looking for Turris in retribution for his hit in Saturday’s game. “I felt bad about putting myself ahead of the team,” Corvo said. “Our main priority is to win the game. My main priority is to win the game. Whatever comes along with the game, comes along with the game. I’m sorry I said it. Once you put it out there, you can’t take it back. I’ll focus on the game. That definitely was a little bit of foot-in-mouth syndrome.”

* Shawn Thornton should be available tonight. Thornton participated in the morning skate.
