SOUTH ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Bruins have concluded their practice at Wakota Arena. They are traveling to the Xcel Energy Center to change out of their practice gear and shower before a rare Saturday night off.

Chris Kelly got the worst of a spirited practice. Early in the session, Kelly fell in the corner and smashed several of his teeth. Kelly left practice for several minutes before returning to complete the session. After practice, Kelly still had blood on his gray practice jersey.

“Just one of those days,” Kelly said.

* Tyler Seguin didn’t practice. Claude Julien declined to reveal the nature of Seguin’s absence. The second-year NHLer will play tomorrow against the Wild, said Julien.
