Bruins rest heading into busy stretch
WILMINGTON – The Bruins have concluded a limited practice. Nine skaters and Marty Turco participated in the on-ice session.
“Some of the guys are logging big minutes here,” said Claude Julien, who watched the practice alongside GM Peter Chiarelli. “It’s about managing it. We’ve got four in six coming up. We need to get some rest somewhere along the way.”
Daniel Paille and Joe Corvo were among the group to take the ice. Both are expected to be healthy scratches against Washington on Thursday.
“I’ve got to do the best I can to work back in there,” Paille said. “I know I’m going to give it 100 percent every night. Eventually it’s going to come back and find a groove again.”
